All orders are shipped from our centrally located warehouse in Oklahoma City. We offer a couple of delivery options at checkout. If you order before 12pm Monday- Friday, we will dispatch your order the same day.
We are happy to refund or exchange any product returned within 30 days of purchase. If you require a refund you are entitled to a full refund of the product price but not the shipping charges incurred in your order. Additionally, you are responsible for the return postage costs to us. Refunds are granted providing the goods are returned in its original state, unused and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required (for online orders you can use your order confirmation email).
Exclusions – gift vouchers, gift cards , If any products are returned that were part of a multi-buy promotion then all items must be returned.

All returned goods must be accompanied by a note of your details and order number.

To return an item you should use your local postal service at your own cost. We recommend that you obtain a proof of purchase receipt. All refunds for items returned will be credited to the original payment method.
Items should be sent in their original packaging, marked as “returned goods” to the address stated above.

Get in touch with us within 30 days of receipt of the products and you will be offered the choice of a repair, replacement or full refund. You agree to return the goods, and bear the return postage costs.
